How does parking work on campus?

All Texas State faculty and staff are required to register their vehicle and purchase a Red Restricted permit through the online Parking Portal.

This electronic permit is linked to your license plate, so your license plate number is what serves as your permit.

University departments may request one yearly S/D permit, unless otherwise approved by the TSAC.
