Please submit this request at least 10 business days prior to scheduling the event.
For successful event planning, all parking requests must be submitted by the sponsoring Texas State affiliate, office, or department. Submitting your request early helps us confirm the availability of our resources and parking spaces to better accommodate your event.
Cost Information
For departments or groups hosting events, please be aware of the following policies:
- If the event requires additional Parking Services assistance (such as coning, barricading, or staffing), an overtime charge of $30 per hour will be applied, with a four-hour minimum.
- Any damages to parking facilities or cleanup costs will be billed directly to the organizing department or group.
- A prepaid security deposit may be required for certain events.
