New permit requests will not be processed until all previously requested permits are paid for.
All names, including Project Name and Company Name, must be exact. Do not use nicknames.

Acknowledgement *

The company/driver/permit holder are responsible for abiding by the Traffic and Parking Regulations and responsible for all citations.

Processing Acknowledgement *

Permit processing times takes 6 – 10 business days. At peak times, such as preparing for the start of a new academic year, permit approval and processing may take longer. Permit requests submitted less than 10 business days prior to the need to park are unlikely to be filled prior to the need to park. If the company needs to park unpermitted vehicles on university property, the company may contact the contracting department about the possibility of obtaining daily scratch-off permits. Contractors are not eligible to utilize the LBJ Student Center pay-to-park garage, the Edward Gary Street pay-to-park garage, or the pay-by-app option to purchase day permits.

Permit Total Acknowledgement *

Permits not registered to a specific project will be considered to be for "campus wide use" and will count towards the maximum number of red permits the company is eligible for the entirety of the academic year.
