Your permit request will be reviewed for approval or denial.
- The review process will typically take 3-5 business days, this will be longer at peak times.
After approval, your application will be processed.
- This typically takes 6-10 business days, it may be longer during peak times.
You will receive an email from Parking Services with a link for payment.

Permit Request Requirements

New permit requests will not be processed until all previously requested permits are paid for.
All names, including Project Name and Company Name, must be exact. Do not use nicknames.

Service Delivery Permits

To utilize loading zones and/or service and delivery parking spaces, a Service Delivery Permit must be displayed in addition to a Construction\Contractor parking permit.

To request a Service Delivery Permit, complete the Service Delivery Permit Request form and return it to parking@txstate.edu

Acknowledgement *

Permit processing times takes 6 – 10 business days. At peak times, such as preparing for the start of a new academic year, permit approval and processing may take longer. Permit requests submitted less than 10 business days prior to the need to park are unlikely to be filled prior to the need to park. If the company needs to park unpermitted vehicles on university property, the company may contact the contracting department about the possibility of obtaining daily scratch-off permits. Contractors are not eligible to utilize the LBJ Student Center pay-to-park garage, the Edward Gary Street pay-to-park garage, or the pay-by-app option to purchase day permits.
