Please use this form to request validations for guests in the pay-to-park garages on campus. 

  • Validations are valid:
    • San Marcos Campus - 1 year from the day printed.
    • Round Rock Campus - 2 years from the date printed.
  • Validations will be charged to the department the week following their use.
    • $10 per day - LBJ Student Center Garage
    • $8 per day – Edward Gary Street Garage
    • $5 per day – Round Rock Special Event Lot
  • Validations are specific to a location and are not interchangeable.
  • Pickup:
    • San Marcos campus validations must be picked up in the LBJ Student Center Garage Office, room 100A
    • Round Rock campus validations must be picked up in the Campus Services Building, room 101D
  • Validations may not be used by TXST employees. Please see UPPS 05.07.02 Section 4 – Parking Permit Fees.
